Anne J. McPhee, J.D., LL.M.

Anne McPhee is an attorney with Studenberg Law in Melbourne, with a practice concentrated on estate planning, wills, trusts, and trust and estate administration. She is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and probate matters.

Active in the community, Anne currently serves on the Community Foundation for Brevard Board of Directors, the Health First Foundation Planned Gift Advisory Council, as immediate past president of the Brevard County Estate Planning Council Board. She is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and served on the Steering Committee for the 11th Annual Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar held at Nova Southeastern University.

Anne is also a former Board member for the West Broward Estate Planning Council and the Professional Advisor’s Committee for the Community Foundation of Broward County. She was named as one of the Rising Stars in Florida for 2010 and 2011.
