Since 2014, Ann and Craig George have been assisting families and consignors in selling their antiques, fine art, décor, jewelry, couture, and unique collectibles. Today, GCB Estate Sales and Auctions is an estate liquidator with an Auctioneer’s License offering multiple selling channels to maximize client sales. Their mission is to provide a solutions-oriented approach to estate liquidation for families undergoing a major life transition.
Ann graduated Cum Laude from Pine Manor College, MA, with a degree in Business Administration. Since then, she has used her extensive experience in operations, customer service, human resources, and training to bring GCB Estate Sales and Auctions to life. Ann has a lifelong passion for antiques and relishes the “hunt” of finding and researching curious collectibles and furniture to understand the unique story behind each piece. Antiquarian books are one of her specialties; she has attended the Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar.
Craig has a BS degree from Allegheny College, PA, and an MBA from Plymouth State College, NH. He has used his years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, finance, accounting, guest services, and operations to shape GCB Estate Sales and Auctions into something special. In addition to being a licensed auctioneer, Craig also holds professional designations for an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
